Products

Our products are custom, made-to-order map posters created from the design you build in our editor. Screen colours may differ slightly from print. What you see in the editor preview is what we print — you are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and map position before ordering.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. You are responsible for the accuracy of, and your rights to, any text or content you submit; we may decline to print content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR (or your local currency at checkout where offered) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

As our products are personalised, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are limited to damaged, faulty or incorrect items — see our Refund policy. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.

Intellectual property

All designs, styles, templates and branding remain the property of Mapped Moments. You retain rights to the personal text you supply. Map data is provided under the terms of its respective licences, including OpenStreetMap contributors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their home country. Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Ireland or of the consumer’s home EU state.
