What we sell

Personalised, made-to-order map posters, printed on demand and shipped from within the European Union. Prices are shown in euro. Delivery to Ireland is free on every order, and any delivery cost that does apply is shown in full before you complete your order.

Your right to withdraw

Our posters are personalised to your own specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive does not apply to them. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described — see our Refund policy.

Statutory guarantee

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU law, goods must conform to the contract. You have up to two years from delivery to raise a lack of conformity, and the remedies available are repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or a refund where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate or has failed.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please email us first at mappedmomentsco@gmail.com and we will try to put things right directly. We reply within one working day.

If we cannot resolve it, consumers in Ireland can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie). Consumers elsewhere in the EU can use the European Consumer Centre network (eccireland.ie). We are not currently signed up to any alternative dispute resolution scheme.

All designs, map styles, templates and branding on this site are the property of Mapped Moments. Map data is used under the terms of its respective licences, including OpenStreetMap contributors. You keep the rights to any personal text you supply.

Governing law

Irish law governs these terms and any purchase made through this site. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
