Something wrong with an order?
Send us photographs of the print, the packaging inside and out, and the shipping label, along with your order number. Within 30 days of delivery we will reprint and reship free of charge — and those photos are what let us approve it immediately instead of investigating, so you get the replacement faster.

Wedding favours, event gifts, corporate orders or a set of prints for one project — email us and we will work something out. Volume pricing is available.
