Where we deliver
We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom only. We're a small Irish studio and we'd rather do this properly than everywhere badly. More regions will follow.
Free shipping on every order
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no code needed. It applies automatically at checkout.
How long it takes
Every poster is printed to order, so nothing ships the same day. How long it then takes depends on whether you order it framed:
- A print on its own: 3–6 working days. Printed close to you and posted out tracked.
- Framed: 7–12 working days. Framed prints are assembled at our framing partner in mainland Europe, so allow roughly a week longer.
Those are door-to-door figures in working days, and they are what we actually see rather than a best case. If your poster is a gift for a particular date, order with time to spare — and during busy periods (before Christmas and Valentine's Day) allow longer again.

Framed prints — peel the film
Framed posters are glazed with shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass. It looks the same on the wall, it's much lighter, and it won't break in transit.
It ships with a thin protective film over it, and that film often looks tinted, cloudy or scuffed. Peel it off and the surface underneath is perfectly clear. If your frame looks marked when you open it, check for the film before getting in touch — nine times out of ten that's all it is.
Frames are solid wood with a slim 14mm profile, 22mm deep, in black, white, natural wood or dark wood. They arrive ready to hang with the hardware included. Frames are available in 21×30, 30×40 and 50×70 — the 60×90 is sold as a print.
Change of mind
Every poster is personalised and made to order — printed specifically for you from the design you created. Under EU and Irish consumer law, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised, so we can't accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once your order has entered production.
Because each poster is printed individually and goes into production quickly, please double-check your design — especially spelling, names and dates — on the review screen before adding to cart. What you see in the editor is exactly what we print.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your poster arrives damaged, has a print defect, or doesn't match the design you ordered, we'll put it right.
Email mappedmomentsco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the print, the packaging inside and out, and the shipping label. Within 30 days of delivery we'll reprint and reship free of charge. You keep the original and there's normally nothing to post back, though we may ask you to return an item where that's reasonable.
Where a replacement isn't possible, or a replacement arrives with the same fault, we'll refund the order in full instead.
Please keep the packaging until you've checked the print. It sounds fussy, but those photos are exactly what let us approve a replacement straight away rather than having to investigate — so you get a new one faster.
Your statutory rights
The 30-day window above is our own no-quibble service promise, not a limit on your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU law, goods must conform to the contract and you have up to two years from delivery to raise a lack of conformity. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights.
Spotted a mistake after ordering?
Email us as fast as you can. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to fix or cancel it — but once printing has started we can no longer change it.
