Mapped Moments is an Irish studio, not a marketplace listing. Designing costs nothing and needs no account, so you can see exactly what you would be buying before you decide — and if what arrives is not right, that is our problem, not yours.

If it is wrong, we reprint it. Free.

Damaged in the post, a fault in the print, or simply not the design you made — send us a photo within 30 days and a replacement goes out at our cost. You keep the original, and there is normally nothing to post back. If we cannot replace it, you get your money back instead.

And that 30 days is our own promise, not your limit. Under Irish and EU law you have two years to raise anything that is not as it should be.

How does the design editor work?

Our free online editor lets you search any place in the world, customise the map style, shape, colours and labels, and see a live preview as you go. No account or payment needed — you only pay when you’re ready to order.

What sizes are available?

We offer four sizes: A4 (21x30 cm), B3 (30x40 cm — our most popular), B2 (50x70 cm), and B1 (60x90 cm). Each is a standard frame size, and the first three can be ordered framed in black, white, natural or dark wood.

What paper do you print on?

Every poster is printed on premium matte fine-art paper — a heavyweight, non-reflective stock that holds fine detail beautifully and looks the part in a frame.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom, free on every order. A print on its own arrives in 3 to 6 working days. Framed prints are assembled at our framing partner in mainland Europe, so allow 7 to 12 working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I use it as a gift?

Absolutely — most of our posters are bought as gifts. Design it around their place, their names and their date, and it arrives carefully packaged and ready to give. Prices are never included in the parcel, so you can ship it straight to them.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Because every poster is personalised we can’t take returns for change of mind, but if there is a quality issue or the poster arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll reprint and reship at no cost.
