Where we deliver
We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom only. We are a small Irish business and we would rather do two countries properly than twenty badly. More regions will follow.
Free shipping on every order
Standard tracked shipping is free to Ireland and the UK on every order — no minimum and no code needed. It is applied automatically at checkout.
How long it takes
Every poster is printed to order, so nothing ships the same day. After that it depends on whether you order it framed:
- A print on its own: 3–6 working days, door to door. It is printed close to you and posted out tracked.
- Framed: 7–12 working days. Framed prints are assembled at our framing partner in mainland Europe, so they take roughly a week longer.
These are the figures we actually see rather than a best case. If your poster is a gift for a particular date, please order with time to spare — and during busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas and Valentine’s Day, allow longer again.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Packaging
Unframed posters are rolled and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube — never folded. Framed prints are boxed and corner-protected. No pricing information is included in the parcel, so an order can be shipped directly to a gift recipient.
Customs and duties
There are no customs charges or import duties for you to pay on orders to Ireland or the United Kingdom.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for seven working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 21 working days of dispatch, email mappedmomentsco@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, reprint and reship at no cost to you.
